We're Hiring! Front of House Sales


This is a fantastic opportunity for an outgoing individual looking to develop their customer service, sales, skills and experience.


ORS UK, an expanding business in the Office Furniture industry, seeks an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join their friendly team at Head Office in Burton on Trent. The role of this individual will include front of house sales, communicating with customers, creating proposals and presentations, and website administration.

Sales Support Assistant - Responsibilities:

  • Front of house showroom sales
  • Preparation of presentations and proposals
  • Website administration to include taking photographs and uploading listings. Please be aware you may be required to move furniture items.

Sales Support Assistant - Skills Required:

  • A knowledge of the Office Furniture industry would be advantageous but not essential
  • A good telephone manner
  • Excellent administration and communication skills and be able to give attention to detail
  • A knowledge of SAGE would be advantageous but not essential
  • A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • An ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise workloads
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • A past success in supporting a team, ideally within sales, would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Initiative and intuition to act without constant supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 08.30am - 5.30pm with a requirement to work an additional 1 out of 4 Saturdays - 9am - 1pm.
